Are the ball machines easy to use?
Yes, all our machines are connected to an intuitive mobile app ( iOS and Android ). In a few minutes, you can program your exercises, adjust speed, effect, direction and frequency.
How many days will it take for me to receive my order?
For most products, allow 3 to 5 business days within France, and 5 to 9 business days within Europe.
For baler machines, the delivery time is 25 to 32 days , as they are shipped directly from our supplier.
The delivery details will be specified in the confirmation email.
Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. The machines are guaranteed for 3 years, the batteries for 1 year, and the accessories for 6 months. Balls and rackets benefit from the legally applicable guarantees.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, we ship to France and Europe. Shipping costs are displayed automatically at checkout.
What to do if there's a problem with my machine?
In case of defect or malfunction, contact us directly. We will open a case with the manufacturer and find the quickest solution: sending parts, repair or replacement.
